Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Deliveries typically take between 3-5 business days depending on your location within India.
- Free ShippingAvailable on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.
- Standard ShippingA flat rate of ₹99 applies to all orders below ₹1,499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)Available at an additional handling charge of ₹50.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.
- A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for return shipments. Exchanges for sizing issues are processed free of charge (once per order).
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
